Mentoring 4 Mandem is a entrepreneur and personal development programme designed by young men, for men.
Created by those aged 17–25 who understand the challenges first hand, it provides a safe and empowering space for anyone who identifies as Mandem to build confidence, grow skills, and pursue their ambitions.
The programme was developed to fill the gaps that many men face in business and personal growth.
While many are confident in practical skills, they often lack the administrative knowledge, infrastructure support, and confidence to turn their ideas into sustainable ventures.
Mentoring 4 Mandem bridges that gap—helping participants gain the tools, structure, and networks needed to thrive in life and business.
Why does it exist?
Too many young men fall through the gaps in education, work, or support systems. Many have the drive and talent to succeed but lack the structure, networks, or resources to make it happen. Others are strong in practical skills but struggle with the administration, infrastructure, and confidence needed to turn ideas into sustainable ventures. Mentoring 4 Mandem exists to change that.
We offer a platform that combines mentoring, community, and real-world opportunities to:
