We believe that leadership starts with knowledge, confidence, and a strong sense of community. That’s why we’re delivering a range of exciting, interactive workshops and talks for schools, youth groups, and community organisations across Croydon but we have a focus in Park Hill, Woodside, Addiscombe and Shirley.

Our Workshop Topics
Community Leadership
Learn We talk about real-world leadership — how to speak up, get involved in local decision-making, run for youth council, or make a difference in your area. Perfect for schools or youth clubs wanting to boost confidence and civic pride.
How to Start a Business
Got an idea? We’ll guide participants through the basics of entrepreneurship — from coming up with a product or service to branding, marketing, and making your first sale.
Budgeting & Money Management
Essential life skills! This session teaches the basics of saving, budgeting, and making smart money decisions — perfect for both young people and adults.
Confidence Through Communication
Participants will build public speaking skills, explore their leadership voice, and develop the tools to express themselves in different settings — from job interviews to community forums.

This workshop was hosted by our Business Development Officer Ange

Especially important after high-profile incidents, complaints, or rising tensions. These events allow police and local councils to listen, acknowledge concerns, and start rebuilding relationships with community members, especially marginalised or over-policed groups.
