Thanks to a £1,000 grant from Westfield and Croydon Voluntary Action, Community Leaders CIC delivered life-changing mentoring through our Mentoring 4 Mandem programme. We supported 9 young men with 33 one-to-one sessions and 10 workshops focused on entrepreneurship, mental health and leadership—building confidence, reducing isolation, and sparking long-term impact in Croydon.
